If you are purchasing from the EU, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) also applies.
  3. Digital Product Policy & Access Duration
  • All products sold on this website are digital in nature.
  • Due to the immediate access provided, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you forfeit your right to a refund, return, or exchange under applicable consumer laws that permit such exclusions for digital content.
  • Some products come with lifetime access, while others may have a restricted access period. The access duration for each product is specified at the time of purchase. If access is restricted, once the period expires, you will no longer have access to the content.
  1. No Refund Policy
  • As per UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
  • By ticking the required checkbox at checkout, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
  1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
  • All digital products, course materials, and content provided by [Your Business Name] are protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and EU Copyright Directive.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may NOT:

  1. Confidentiality & Conduct Policy
  • All client interactions, discussions, and any information shared within our digital courses or coaching programs are strictly confidential.
  • You must not:
    • Disclose any proprietary information, coaching materials, or trade secrets shared within our programs.
    • Engage in defamatory, harmful, or misleading conduct towards our business or other participants.
    • Violate the privacy of other customers in group programs or forums.
  • Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
  1. Coaching Services & Client Responsibilities
  • Coaching sessions (including 1:1 and group coaching) provide guidance and support, but results depend on the client’s commitment and actions.
  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice. Clients should seek appropriate professional help for these matters.
  • Clients are expected to show up on time for scheduled sessions. Any missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • 1:1 Coaching: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund.
  • Group Coaching: Due to the nature of group sessions, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • If the coach needs to reschedule, an alternative date will be provided.
  1. Payment & Refund Policy for Coaching
  • All coaching payments are final. Refunds are not provided, even if the client chooses not to attend scheduled sessions.
  • If payment plans are offered, the client is responsible for completing all payments, even if they stop attending sessions.
  • No chargebacks: By purchasing coaching services, clients agree not to dispute or request chargebacks for payments made.
  1. Termination of Coaching Agreement
  • We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if a client violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make payments.
  • Clients who breach confidentiality, disrupt group sessions, or fail to adhere to ethical conduct will be removed without a refund.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We make every effort to ensure that our digital products and coaching services function as intended. However, we do not guarantee specific results from using our programs.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues arising from user error, compatibility problems, or internet connectivity failures.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product or service.
  1. Amendments We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
